If you're excited to grow alongside us and introduce HEAD-START to your audience in an authentic way, we'd be thrilled to partner with you.

These Guidelines & Terms outline the expectations and requirements for participation in the HEAD-START Affiliate Program. By joining the program, you agree to comply with the terms below.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the HEAD-START Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid payment method capable of receiving commission payments
• Provide accurate and complete account information
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies
  
  HEAD-START reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or remove any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

2. Your Affiliate Account

Approved affiliates will receive a unique referral code and/or referral link.

Commissions are earned only on qualifying purchases that are directly attributed to your assigned referral code or referral link.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and ensuring all information remains accurate and up to date.

3. Commissions & Payments

Commission structures may vary between affiliates and are determined at HEAD-START's discretion.

HEAD-START reserves the right to:

• Modify commission rates at any time
• Offer promotional or enhanced commission opportunities to select partners
• Adjust commission structures based on program performance or business needs

Commissions are earned only after customer payments have been successfully collected and verified.

Orders that are refunded, charged back, canceled, flagged as fraudulent, or otherwise deemed ineligible will not qualify for commission and may result in deductions from future payouts.

All commissions are subject to review and verification prior to payment.

HEAD-START reserves the right to withhold, delay, adjust, or deny commission payments while investigating potential violations of these terms.

4. Creator Conduct & Compliance

Affiliates are expected to represent HEAD-START honestly, responsibly, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Making false, misleading, unsubstantiated, or deceptive statements about HEAD-START products
• Making medical, pharmaceutical, disease-treatment, prevention, or cure claims
• Misrepresenting ingredient benefits or expected results
• Publishing fake reviews or testimonials
• Purchasing products through your own referral code for the primary purpose of generating commissions
• Creating fake accounts or engaging in fraudulent activity
• Sending unsolicited bulk messages, spam communications, or automated outreach
• Violating FTC endorsement guidelines or failing to disclose affiliate relationships when required

Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable advertising, consumer protection, FTC, FDA, and platform-specific requirements.

5. Coupon Sites & Promotional Restrictions

Affiliate codes are intended for your audience and community.

The posting, distribution, or promotion of affiliate codes on coupon websites, browser extensions, deal aggregators, cashback sites, or similar platforms is strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Honey
• CouponBirds
• RetailMeNot
• Slickdeals
• Any similar coupon or deal-distribution service

Affiliates found to be distributing codes through these channels may be removed from the program immediately and may forfeit unpaid commissions.

If you discover unauthorized use of your code, please notify the HEAD-START team.

6. Brand Assets & Intellectual Property

HEAD-START may provide logos, product images, messaging guidance, creative assets, and other promotional materials for affiliate use.

You may use these materials solely for the purpose of promoting HEAD-START products while actively participating in the program.

You may not:

• Modify or alter official brand assets without written approval
• Use HEAD-START trademarks in a misleading manner
• Present yourself as an employee, representative, or owner of HEAD-START
• Register domains, social handles, or advertisements that may create confusion with the HEAD-START brand

All intellectual property remains the sole property of HEAD-START.

7. Program Suspension & Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the program at any time.

HEAD-START reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliates immediately for violations of these Guidelines & Terms or for conduct deemed harmful to the brand.

Upon termination, affiliates must immediately discontinue use of:

• Referral codes
• Referral links
• HEAD-START branding
• Promotional assets and materials

Any unpaid commissions associated with violations of these terms may be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HEAD-START shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to participation in the Affiliate Program.

Participation in the program is provided on an "as-is" basis without guarantees of earnings, sales volume, or business performance.

9. Changes to the Program

HEAD-START may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Affiliate Program at any time.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Commission structures
• Program benefits
• Promotional opportunities
• Eligibility requirements
• These Guidelines & Terms

Continued participation in the program following any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Agreement

By participating in the HEAD-START Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Guidelines & Terms.
